The specialty pays for the van. The everyday work is most of the week, and it gets the same care.
- Rekeys after a move, a lost key, or a roommate change. Every door on one key.

Built for coastal homes
West of the 5, and especially west of 101, the air does things to hardware. Brass-plated cylinders pit and go green. Strike plates rust from the screw holes out. Sand works into slider latches and beach-gate bolts until they need a hip to close. A deadbolt that turned fine in March seizes by August.
We see it every week between Leucadia and Cardiff. So the van carries PVD and stainless hardware, we lubricate with the right stuff instead of the can under everyone's sink, and we'll say honestly when a rekey isn't worth doing on a cylinder the salt has already eaten.
